New seven story hotel in downtown Corvallis, Oregon. This Class A building has an elegant covered drive in entry with 2 levels of parking and an additional 5 floors. The fire protection is provided with dry systems protecting the parking structure levels and wet systems on the 5 other floors . The Sprinklers are supplied from the standpipe system and a 400 GPM fire pump. 

Residence Inn

Boise, ID

 Boise's newest high riser. The Residence Inn  consists of 2.5 levels of parking, 7.5 levels of offices, conference rooms, and suites. The fire protection consists of a 750 GPM pump with a transfer switch and an emergency generator. Also, 3 standpipes, one in each stairwell and dry systems protecting the parking structure. .

Jackson, WY

 Marriott signature hotel in Jackson Wyoming. Two floors of standard hotel rooms with the 3rd floor being privately held condos. This hotel also boast 1 level of conditioned underground parking. The fire sprinkler system is installed per Marriott Module 14.
